CRESTLAND LLAMAS was established in 1992 with the
purchase of our first five llamas. We searched
New England for our foundation herd and purchased five
llamas from California to add new bloodlines, color & fiber.
Quality was our goal.
Over the years, many fine offspring were raised & several
were sold.
We showed at the Llama shows at Eastern States Exposition (Big E),
Topsfield Fair, Northeast showcase, Durham fair & did quite well.
What a wonderful adventure with these beautiful creatures!
The fiber from these animals is for sale as rovings, hand spun yarn or
hand knitted sweaters, scarves, hats, mittens and slippersox.
Many one of a kind.
Times have changed & human health & age are issues.
I am no longer breeding llamas. The grandsires & dams are living
out their days (many age 18 - 20).
Several animals age 8 - 14 are available to loving homes. Most have
show experience. Check the "Llamas for Sale" pages.
